LearnDaily365 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or use our LearnDaily™ mobile applications, including LearnDaily Idioms 3–5 LearnDaily Math 3–5, and LearnDaily STR 293.

Our Apps: No Personal Data Collection

LearnDaily™ apps support educational practice for learners and educators. STR 293 is intended for prospective and practicing teachers. Our apps:

Do not transmit personal practice information to LearnDaily servers
Do not require account creation
Do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services
Operate entirely on the user’s device

LearnDaily™ does not collect:

Names, email addresses, or contact information from app use on our servers
Location data
Device identifiers for tracking
Usage analytics tied to identity

All app functionality—including daily lessons, quizzes, and optional local reminders—operates on the device without transmitting personal data to our servers.

On-Device Progress, Writing, and Reports

LearnDaily STR 293 stores your optional learner name, practice history, reminder settings, writing drafts, saved revisions, and practice ratings on your device. This information is not transmitted to LearnDaily servers. The app does not require an account or include developer analytics, advertising tracking, or cloud synchronization.

Your device’s backup settings may include app data. You may choose to create and share a named PDF progress report through the system share sheet. Writing response text is excluded by default and included only when you select it. A recipient or storage service you choose may retain shared copies under its own policies. Resetting app progress does not delete copies previously exported or retained in device backups.

The Writing Lab does not record microphone audio. It includes bundled synthetic adult narration and transcripts of original fictional examples. It does not collect real pupils’ records. Use fictional or appropriately de-identified information in personal practice responses.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, notification scheduling is handled locally on your device through Apple’s notification system. We do not receive or store reminder preferences on external servers.

Website Information

When you visit LearnDaily365.com, standard web hosting and analytics services may collect limited technical information (such as browser type, pages visited, and general location derived from IP address) to maintain and improve the website. If you subscribe to our newsletter or contact us by email, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (such as your name and email address) solely to respond to your request or send newsletter content you requested.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children’s Privacy

LearnDaily™ includes apps for families and classrooms as well as teacher-certification practice for adults. Our apps do not transmit personal practice data from children or adults to LearnDaily servers. We encourage parents and teachers to supervise app use as they would any educational resource.

Third-Party Services

Our apps do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising. Our website may link to external services (such as the Apple App Store). Those services have their own privacy policies.

Data Security

Because our apps do not collect personal data, there is no personal data stored on our servers from app use. Information you send via email or newsletter signup is handled with reasonable care and used only for the purpose you intended.
